BGSEQ by Anders Nordby '96
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
BGSEQ is a MS-DOS program that can change background wallpapers (images) at given times.
I.e. you create a list of images, and BGSEQ can make Windows (OS/2 also works?) select
(sequentially from the list) a different image for every time you run BGSEQ.
Initially :
1) Make a list of the images you want to use ("dir /A-D /B >BGLIST.TXT"), using only 8+3
   filenames. Add a line with the number of pictures at the top of the list. It must have
   the name "BGLIST.TXT".
2) Place BGSEQ.EXE, BGLIST.TXT and the images in one directory.
3) Run BGSEQ.EXE once.
4) Make BG.BMP your background wallpaper in Windows.
5) Make sure you run BGSEQ.EXE every time you want to change your background wallpaper
   (e.g. at startup, in AUTOEXEC.BAT).
Running BGSEQ.EXE while in Windows will have no effect.
